Treat your Meals like homework

healthy meal= 1 point

un-healhty= 0 points.

if you have 3 meals a day x 7 days a week= 21 points possible for the week.

if you have 3 “treat meals” and the rest are healthy, that means you earned 18/21 points for that week, that is an 85% for the week!!!

when is an 85% something to cry about?! 

What you do everyday, matters more than what you do every once and awhile.
